Why and what?
With the emergence of a new enterprise, business owners need an online representation of their company or brand. Rareboot specializes in selling unique shoes that are not available in retail stores. Rareboots is still in its initial stage; thus, it needs a comprehensive and cost-effective app that offers a nice purchase experience.
RARE BOOTS is an online shop starting to launch its product in two months.  So there is no reference to previous customer experience. Everything regarding the mobile app is created from scratch
 Understanding users
After reviewing already existing mobile app-based shops and sorting out pros and cons,  I highlighted two major points that can improve user experience
Clear command
Users often feel confused by extra pop-up screens with unclear guidance. So It should use plain language with clear instructions
Simplicity
Studies have shown that apps that sharply differ in features from what users have used to might bewilder users and require training

This mobile app was created solely for self-practice and improving interaction design skills. For animation, I used Smart Animation, While hover and tried to make user interface as comprehensive as possible

Learnings and takeaways
1.  Improvement on customer reviews:  Key roles in improving the app can play

                                                                        1. Customer support specialist
                                                                        2. RearBoots Customers
                                                                        3. Outsiders

Upon consideration of customer's feedback on the usability of the app and the process of iteration, the mobile app can be ameliorated to a significant extent.  I would work on integration and iterate purchase section.
